It has only been attacked or invaded by one enemy, a close neighbour, albeit time and again! It has the worst afforestation of any other country in Europe except Iceland, despite once being covered in Oaks, felled to make the greatest Navy ever seen.

Weather modification

We have been able to modify rainfall, by creating storms, for over 50 years. 4 persons were killed in Cornwall in UK, in 1954 or so, by artificially created storm. The efficacy surprized the scientists.
All member countries of ANZUS are restricting publication of scientific and technical advances if they have war weapon potential!
HAARP is a civilian research facility, based upon this science. It can spot warming that is artificially caused. To warm air, we zap it and the water it contains, with microwave EM radiation. RADAR uses this for detection of movement even as far as China, from Australia! The amounts of energy require a small nuclear reactor at Pine Gap.... OTH, stands for over the horizon, radar is well known but can be used only against the country of the operator, as otherwise it is an act of war!
Warming the atmosphere causes the air to rise, sucking in new air which then also rises. Vortices are then formed which will cause deposition of the warmed water, once the vortex reaches self sustaining energy levels that drag warmed air back down to the lower altitudes where the water reaches the dew point!

Economic history currency is not easy to understand.
John Maynard Keynes stated in his 'Economic Consequences of the Peace' (1919): 'Lenin

System was to debauch the currency...Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of Society than to debauch the currency.

Well, it is merely economic history and discernment may be taught to those willing to understand. So why is it still being perpetrated by economists on the rest of the population?
The replacement of value by paper, piece by piece, accelerated by being closer to money printers, aka bankers, is obvious once pointed out. Economists do not point it out, defining growth as requiring lending, they cannot draw attention to what exposes their lies.

Malacca Strait
The choke point of South-East Asia will figure for a long time as a strategic battle ground.
The British abandoned Singapore in 1941, threatened by land attack by a horde of bicycle soldiers from an erstwhile ally. Surrender! Treachery as they had said it was impregnable. They relied upon artillery in the nascent age of aircraft. Useful to deny the passage of ships, but only as long as infantry did not land nearby.
Oceania will control the Strait by submarine power, but they would be foolish to neglect cheaper means of denial of the Strait. Why have a submarine boat, costing a billion or so, with many highly trained crew, when a few can control a hundred mines and torpedoes?
The Strait is not large, but it has two sides and can support undersea installations of launchers and sonar devices linked to the surface by optical cable. These require drilling or buried festooning along the coasts. Linked to transponders, they can offer remote direction of ship destroying weapons.
