Apple Cider Vinegar!

It's a harmless fad. Is it the apple? No, the helpful part is the vinegar. Acetic Acid. A weak, organic acid. CH3-COOH. That single H is the acid bit. The CH3 is a methyl bit. No harm. Why is acid so useful?

Humans are a typical animal: we are doughnut shaped. A torus. The hole is outside the actual body, but is completely outside humans consideration. The lips guard the opening, then the teeth, the saliva, the muscles of the gullet and then the stomach. We secrete a strong acid there. H-Cl. This will easily dissolve flesh. If there is enough. Most humans do not have enough and that means they get progressively weaker and unhealthy.

The purpose of the acid is to literally bash what we swallow. Saliva has many very valuable chemicals. Clever ones like stuff that kills cancer! And dissolves carbohydrates into sugar. Acid just twists and burns what ever it touches. Until it is used up. It gets recovered later. But if there is not enough then it cannot totally denature food. Nor kill bacteria, nor disassemble viruses, fungi, yeasts etc.

If too much non bashed food gets into the small intestine, then it makes our immune system attack us! Rheumatism, arthritis, inflammation and plaque follows. Acid is that important!

So important that Romans paid for their armies with salt, salarium. Salary. Salt. But what has salt to do with acid? Salt is mostly NaCl. Sodium Chloride. Lying quacks tell us we eat too much salt. They know that if we eat too much then we become strong and healthy and our urine takes away any excess salt. The Illness Industry depends upon people being sick. Not strong.

Na, sodium, is vital to carry electromagnetic energy to muscles, such as the heart. Not enough and there is a heart attack. Too much and there is a heart attack. But we get rid of the excess easily. But if we do not have enough, the heart is protected with what we can send there, leaving the staomach acid weak and inadequate.

Cl is vital for the acid in our stomach. We get rid of the excess easily.

Sea salt is best as animal bodies were formed inside a sea salty environment. It contains amounts of potassium and iodine and other vital chemical elements.

Put as much salt on your food as you can tolerate! Enjoy salty snacks! You will get a healthier heart and your stomach will prevent you from inflammation!
