A start..... As I have said elsewhere, those, who thought they were rich, lose most. These expert bankers were completely out of their depth. Their expertise consisted of exceeding what was prudent for years on end. They followed the group. By definition, they were and are incapable of judgement. Sadly, they will have passed on DNA.
